Looking for an experienced flooring professional for a residential flooring project in Newnan, GA.
Work includes: • Removal of existing ceramic/porcelain tile, mortar and thinset
• Removal of existing hardwood flooring
• Removal and cleanup of flooring debris
• Proper subfloor preparation, including removing remaining thinset/adhesive and correcting uneven areas as needed
• Installation of new LVP flooring
• Installation of transitions and professional finishing
I am looking for someone with strong experience in flooring demolition, floor preparation, and LVP installation — not just general labor.
Must have your own professional tools and equipment for tile/hardwood removal and LVP installation.
Paid daily. Please include your daily labor rate when responding.
