We have this thing and its kinda awesome. We added fake lawn inside. It flattens for transport. We have a box of parts for the interior lights that we never installed. Can shoot more pics if you need them. $700 obo.

We hired a tow truck driver to pick it up and slide it on his flat bed as is assembled and it was road worthy for the four miles or so we drove. You can choose to flatten it and transport anywhere. No leaks, has a key (maybe two).
