Castro & Sons LLC is looking for a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to join our growing team. We are seeking a motivated professional with strong communication, leadership, and technology skills who can help manage daily operations efficiently for our Non-Medical Emergency Transportation company.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and dispatch drivers/routes efficiently
Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members professionally
Monitor schedules and adjust routes when needed
Use routing and dispatch software effectively
Handle incoming calls and operational support
Assist in managing and supporting dispatch operations
Requirements:
Bilingual: English & Spanish required
Previous dispatching experience preferred
Strong call center experience will also be considered
Managerial or leadership experience required
Strong knowledge of routing software and technology systems
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Position Details:
Part-time position with potential to lead into full-time.
Starting pay: $18–$20 per hour (depending on experience)
