Full-Time | Tuesday–Saturday | In-Person
English & Spanish Required
$17–$21/hour | 40 Paid Hours per Week
We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and customer-focused Bilingual Inside Sales & Customer Experience Specialist to join our team.
This is primarily a sales-focused position responsible for managing incoming opportunities, assisting customers, following up on estimates, maintaining the sales pipeline, and helping convert qualified prospects into customers.
The ideal candidate is confident speaking with customers, comfortable making outbound follow-up calls, organized with CRM systems, and capable of maintaining consistent communication throughout the sales process.
This is not a commission-based position. The role offers fixed hourly compensation and primarily works with company-generated leads and customer opportunities.
Compensation
First 90 days: $17.00/hour during the initial training and introductory period.
Days 91–180: $19.00/hour following successful completion of the first 90 days.
After 6 months: $21.00/hour following successful completion of the introductory and development period.
Performance during the introductory period will be evaluated based on attendance, customer communication, CRM usage, sales follow-up, organization, reliability, and overall performance in the role.
Work Schedule
This is a full-time position working:
Tuesday through Saturday
Employees work:
8 paid working hours per day
40 paid hours per week
One 30-minute unpaid meal break per workday
The 30-minute meal period is outside the eight paid working hours. Therefore, the employee's total scheduled presence is generally 8.5 hours per day.
Important Schedule Clarification
The branch has extended operating hours, but employees are not expected to work the entire branch operating schedule.
Each employee is assigned one continuous 8-hour working shift within the branch's operating hours, plus the 30-minute unpaid meal period.
Summer Branch Hours
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
An employee will work an assigned 8-hour shift within this operating window.
For example, depending on business needs, a shift could begin earlier or later within the branch operating hours.
Winter Branch Hours
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
The same structure applies: one assigned 8-hour working shift within the branch operating hours, plus the 30-minute unpaid meal period.
Schedules may vary according to staffing and business needs.
The branch operating hours should not be interpreted as the employee's individual working hours.
The primary objective of this position is to help convert customer inquiries and company-generated opportunities into business.
Responsibilities include:
Assist walk-in customers at the branch.
Answer inbound sales calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate company services.
Explain available services, options, pricing, and next steps.
Follow up consistently on estimates and proposals.

Identify opportunities for additional or complementary services.
Handle common customer objections professionally.
Help customers understand pricing, timelines, scope, and service options.
Ask for the appropriate next step when a customer is ready to move forward.
Help convert qualified prospects into customers.
Schedule consultations, estimates, appointments, and customer meetings.
This is an active sales role, not simply a front-desk or reactive customer service position.
The successful candidate is expected to proactively manage open opportunities rather than waiting for customers to contact the company again.
