Looking for an experienced property preservation contractor for a scheduled Cash for Keys lockout on September 17, 2026 in Newark Valley, NY 13811.
You must be available at the scheduled appointment time to meet the real estate agent. Work will begin only after the agent completes the Cash for Keys exchange and releases the property.
Scope after release may include:
• Rekey / lock change
• Install lockbox
• Secure doors, gates, garage/outbuildings as needed
• Winterization + 60 PSI pressure test
• Initial maid service
• Initial grass cut
• Smoke/CO detector installation if needed
• Minor health & safety repairs within allowable
• Debris assessment/removal as authorized
• Detailed before/during/after photos
• Full interior & exterior property documentation
IMPORTANT: Work is for the Main Bungalow / Unit 1 ONLY. Do NOT perform any work on the mobile home located on the lot.
Must have your own vehicle, tools, ladder, air compressor/winterization equipment, lock-change tools, and smartphone for detailed photo/video documentation.
Potential for ongoing property preservation work if performance is good.
