Broad Street Station just a 10-minute walk away and it is only 1 stop by train to NY Penn station (23 minutes). Hoboken terminal is only 19 minutes. Rutgers Business school and Audible's HQ are nearby, a 10 minute walk. NJIT is 20 minutes, and an easy bike ride, as is Rutgers' main campus in Newark.
The light rail to Newark Penn is also located right by the train station.
We are also close to a large number of busses, including, including the GO20 bus to EWR, 20 minutes away.
There are enough space and amenities for everyone. Your bathroom is semi private and the girl you would share with works long hours and is often gone for days at a time. We have 2 clothes washer and a 2 dryers, 2 fridges and 3 full bathrooms, shared between 5 rooms. (You also have access to another bathroom as well, in case yours in use.)
We are looking for a housemate who is easy to get along with and friendly.
All utilities (gas, water, electric, and internet/wifi) are included. While there is ample street parking on our street, you will have to have the car moved for street cleaning on Monday/Tuesday afternoons (past tenants who did not work those days have had issues with this, so be aware.). And if you do not have a car, there is lots of access to public transit and grocery stores are not too far. (If I am going to Walmart, you're also welcome to get a ride. Yes, Landlord is on site.)
We also have an outdoor roof deck that will be available for use soon (we just need to add the safety railing.)
Security deposit is one month's rent.
