Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper to maintain our property, grounds, and outdoor areas. The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable performing general outdoor maintenance and upkeep.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and clean company grounds, parking areas, and outdoor spaces
• Mow lawns, trim grass and weeds, and maintain landscaping
• Remove trash, debris, leaves, and snow as needed
• Perform general property maintenance and minor repairs
• Keep outdoor areas safe, clean, and presentable
• Operate basic landscaping and maintenance equipment
• Assist with seasonal grounds maintenance
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Perform other general maintenance duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Valid driver’s license required
• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, property maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to operate basic landscaping equipment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as needed
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious
Compensation
$20–$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
