Looking for a reliable, experienced handyman for full-time, steady work, Monday–Friday.
Must have general knowledge of plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, framing, locks, doors, roofing, siding, boilers, and general property repairs.
Must be organized, work independently, troubleshoot problems, shop for materials, send photos/videos of completed work, and move efficiently from job to job.
You don't need to know everything, but you must be resourceful, understand multiple trades, and know when to ask for help.
Long-term position. Pay based on experience.
