Research Participants Needed!
Graduate school can sometimes bring feelings of self-doubt or uncertainty, even when you have worked hard to earn your place. As part of my dissertation research through Hofstra University’s Department of Psychology, I am inviting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) graduate students to participate in “Thriving Beyond Doubt: A Mindfulness Self-Compassion Study”. This online study explores whether mindfulness and self-compassion strategies may help reduce feelings of impostor syndrome and support self-esteem. Your participation is completely voluntary. If this study speaks to your experience, I would be grateful for your consideration!
You may be eligible if you:
✔Are 18 years of age or older
✔Identify as a BIPOC graduate student
✔Are currently enrolled in a graduate program in the United States
✔ Experience feelings of impostor syndrome or difficulties with self-esteem
