The studio includes dedicated and part-time desks, high-speed Wi-Fi, a conference suite, material library, pin-up space, private call area, kitchenette, storage, and shared common areas. Members also have access to occasional gatherings, talks, and studio conversations.
Dedicated desks are $850/month, with an introductory rate of $650/month for the first two months. Part-time desks are $425/month. Month-to-month membership with 24/7 access.
Located on 2nd Avenue and 9th Street, close to Union Square and multiple subway lines.
We’re Dana and Matan, architectural designers and co-founders of Lieber Gal, a New York–based architecture and design studio. We created Lieber Gal Collective as the kind of shared studio we wanted for ourselves: a beautiful, welcoming place where independent architects, designers, and creatives can work alongside one another, exchange ideas, build relationships, and grow their practices.
Rental requirements:
Month-to-month membership with one month’s notice. No long-term lease required. Members sign a simple studio membership agreement.
One month security deposit is required.
General liability insurance is required.
