The best-selling Perch Twin Bunk Bed with a sleek and modern design. It can be configured as a bunk bed, a loft bed with a separate twin bed, and a vertical ladder which can be interchanged to either side. It comes with two mattresses that were purchased for the unit (meeting the height requirements set forth in the safety instructions) that are in excellent condition. Our kids have outgrown the bunk beds and we no longer have a use for them. For pick up only on the UES (partially disassembled). $1,500 with mattresses or $1,200 without the mattresses.
