Share with 25yo female recent Columbia graduate and her 69yo retired SUNY professor dad (away most weekends). Female non-smoker preferred, for one single person, no couples. Fully furnished (you cannot bring your own furniture here.) Perfect for someone visiting or taking a winter class!

Available November 1 to January 31, dates are slightly flexible. It's a really nice place to live, with spacious living room, dining area, and private terrace in modern elevator building. Laundry room in lobby. Fully air-conditioned. Includes heat, electricity, water (all utilities) plus high speed Internet. Apartment looks out on a pleasant courtyard. Supermarket nearby. A great base for visiting the city.

Located along Gold St. near Fulton in the South Street Seaport - Financial District - City Hall area, close to most downtown subways (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, A, C, E, J, R) and several bus lines (M15, M103, M9, M55, M22) plus free downtown loop bus. Walk to many neighborhoods including Tribeca, Battery Park, Chinatown, Wall St., Little Italy, Lower East Side, Soho, and more.) Very secure.
