Looking for Committed Driven Band Members (Lower East Side)

Looking to start a new band and prepare for recording an EP by the end of the year. Would like to play our first show no later than January.
I am primarily a guitarist & songwriter with touring and recording experience searching for driven musicians to work with asap.
What I am hoping to find
1. Able to rehearse / write 1-2 times a week
2. Schedules that allow weekender east coast tours, with future availability to do week long runs
3. Great communicator who has previous experience working with other musicians in a respectful and professional manner on and off stage
4. Sharing costs of being in a band = rehearsal time, studio costs, videographer / photographer, merch design etc
I have seen a lot of projects looking for people sign on to be part of a solo artist’s or bedroom indie rock project, but I am looking for a group that actually spends time together creatively meshing. A group that is equally invested in putting together something that everyone is proud of and passionate about.
Because of this I am not interested in micromanaging the genre or how the band ends up sounding. My wheelhouse is anything in the indie rock or alternative world, but I am comfortable with anything from the lighter folkier side to the heavier post hardcore realm.
Firstly, I am looking for a solid rhythm section. We would be good to start playing shows as a 3 piece very quickly and perhaps expand if we found any other dedicated members.
Secondly, I am looking for a second experienced guitarist and someone on keys, particularly someone who can do atmospheric The War on Drugs atmospheric pads / Benmont Tench style.
Lastly, open to other instrumentalists like pedal steel, strings, and brass.
