Professional Lobby Greeter / Lobby Attendant needed for NIGHT SHIFT at a residential building in NYC.
We are seeking a reliable, well-presented, and personable Lobby Greeter to be the welcoming face of our building during overnight hours. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with the public and takes pride in a job well done.
Pay: $21.00 – $26.50 per hour
Shift: Night shift — overnight availability required
Responsibilities:
Greet residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
Monitor lobby activity and control building entry
Handle packages and deliveries
Assist residents with questions and requests
Maintain a clean, professional front-desk presence
Perform light rounds during downtime
Requirements:
Professional appearance and attitude
Strong customer service and communication skills
Punctual and dependable
Able to stay alert and engaged during overnight hours
Legally authorized to work in the USA
Ready to start within 2 weeks of hire
Training: A one-day Building Safety & Hospitality Training class is required.
