Litigation Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in New York

• Capable of managing multiple cases and meeting deadlines

Litigation Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters, including trials and appeals
• Draft substantive motions and appellate briefs
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis
• Appear in state court and the Appellate Division for oral argument
• Collaborate with clients to develop and execute successful appellate strategies
