We're NYC's new luxury cleaning company — houses, offices, stores, barbershops, salons, Airbnbs. Fully insured, background-checked cleaners, real systems behind us. We need closers who can put clients on the schedule.
The deal (read carefully — this is straight commission, no games):
- You bring the client, we do the cleaning, you get paid
- 10% commission on every client's first clean, paid after the job is done and the client pays
- Recurring clients = bigger wins: clients you sign to weekly/biweekly service keep paying you on their first month
- No base salary, no hourly — you eat what you kill. Top reps get first shot at paid team-lead roles as we grow
What we hand you:
- Sales scripts, DM templates, and flyers — follow the system
- Official pricing/quote process (you never make up prices)
- Training on the service and the offer
- A tracking sheet so every dollar you earn is visible
What we need from you:
- NYC-based, comfortable walking into businesses and talking to owners
- Professional — you represent a luxury brand. Clean communication, honest claims, no pressure tactics
- Hustle and follow-through. We track activity, not excuses
- Phone, laptop, and the discipline to work your own hours
