KITCHEN EXPERIENCE PORTER, SALADS, SANDWICHES AND POULTRY
Large, high volume food service operation seeks an experienced opener to set up the morning operation
o Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial kitchen
o Food prep, wrap, sandwich and salad making required
o Poultry cutting and processing
o Hot bar/Steam Table set up and breakdown experience
o Knowledge of food processing equipment, Blixers, Robo-Coupes and knife skills required.
o Understanding of vegan, gluten-free and ingredients required
o Heavy lifting required (must be able to carry 50lbs up a flight of stairs)
Responsibilities will include building a successful portfolio of grab and go salads, sandwiches/wraps, cut fruits and ready-to-use prepared vegetables.
Knowledge of packaging and costing a plus.
