We are a growing boutique interior design firm specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects in the U.S. and abroad. Seeking a motivated Interior Design Intern to join our team in person. This role is ideal for a current student or recent graduate who is passionate about interior design, has a sharp eye and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Furniture, lighting, décor, and material sourcing and selection
• Verify furniture dimensions
• Create and revise CAD drawings, floor plans, and furniture layouts
• 3D modeling of the space and furniture
• Prepare Excel spreadsheets for furniture schedules, budgets, and orders
• Track inventory, stock, product availability, and deliveries
• Coordinate vendors, appointments, and project schedules
• Assist with design presentations and daily project tasks
Qualifications:
• Student or recent graduate in Interior Design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in design, furniture and materials
Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player
Schedule: In-person, full-time or minimum 3 days per week preferred.
Compensation: Stipend based on experience.
