Hiring: Content / Socials Manager & Production Assistant

We are in the process of a re-launch of a parenting media brand and seek a reliable, flexible, Content Creator & Assistant to help manage our rapidly growing workflow. This is an ongoing, hourly paid position and our hope to fill this remote role within the next week to start 10/15.
Workflow & Role Focus:
* Content Formatting & Editing: You will be creating up to 16 Instagram Posts per week. These may be Reels or Carousels .
You will format layout slides, text samples, and graphics . We supply all raw footage, copy, text, and design direction. We have at least 200 content topics ready to go, so we are not asking you to creatively brainstorm content in this role.
Note : We do not use AI imagery, AI video, or AI generation. Our brand has developed a framework demonstrating how we may incorporate AI to increase our productivity, but never is it used to generate our content. Our content is a combination of health & wellness and a wide variety of lifestyle topics.
This freelance position offers an hourly pay scale. You may work for a few hours in-person during each month, but primarily the role will be handled remotely.
