Payroll Coordinator: (Manhattan) ($32-33.33/hour): BA in HR, Accounting, Finance, Business Admin., or related field.. 3+ years of payroll-processing, timekeeping, or accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with UKG, Oracle NetSuite, or comparable payroll, timekeeping, or accounting systems. Experience in supporting payroll in unionized environment highly preferred.
Accounts Receivable Specialist ($30-32/hour): (Manhattan): BA in Finance or Accounting. 3+ years of related experience. Knowledgeable in using NetSuite or similar ERP software. Must have an understanding in orders, credit card usage, cash applications. Experience as an AR in manufacturing is ideal.
Senior Financial Reporting Specialist ($90k-125k/year): (Manhattan): BA in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Management. 5+ years of experience in data analytics or financial analysis. Solid understanding or account principles, processes, and internal controls. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., LOOKUP functions, Pivot tables). Knowledge of NetSuite, Hyperion, UKG, SQL, Cognos, Boomi and related database systems. Previous start-up experience required. Experience with implementing NetSuite for budgeting and planning required
