About the Role
This isn't a behind-the-desk job. Our managers are on the floor alongside the team, in the saunas, the cold plunge, and the communal spaces, creating the kind of warm, welcoming environment that keeps people coming back. You'll help lead training, build out daily operations, and set the standard for everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing daily operations: staffing, scheduling, inventory, guest flow, and the overall experience
Building and coaching a high-performing, values-aligned team
Maintaining exceptional standards for service, safety, and cleanliness
Handling challenges with calm and grace, keeping the space feeling beautiful and welcoming at all times
What We're Looking For
Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, boutique hotel, or lifestyle space management
A calm, organized, people-first leadership style: someone who makes guests and staff feel genuinely cared for
Strong communication skills and real operational know-how
Flexibility across weekday and weekend hours; we support each other and share the load
