DEBAJO, located inside MADE Hotel in NoMad, is currently looking for experienced PM Servers to join our growing team.
We are seeking hospitality-driven professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and understand the balance between elevated service and genuine warmth. Our ideal candidate carries themselves with professionalism, moves with urgency, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences through strong food, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a boutique hotel F&B program with opportunities for cross-training and advancement across multiple concepts, including cocktail and rooftop operations.
Position Details
- PM / Dinner Server
- $15/hour + tips
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
Debajo Hours : 5:30pm-10:00pm
Responsibilities
- Deliver polished and attentive dinner service
- Guide guests through food, wine, and cocktail offerings
- Maintain strong menu knowledge and awareness of daily features
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, kitchen, and hotel staff
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide genuine hospitality in a luxury hotel environment
Qualifications
- Previous NYC hospitality experience preferred
- Cocktail and wine knowledge required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Open availability is a plus
- Able to make your own cocktails for your tables when running the floor alone
