Executive Banquet Dining Server & Bartender
$25.00/Hour (no tips) + Guaranteed 35 Hours Weekly
We are seeking experienced hospitality professionals to support executive/corporate dining, client hospitality, and special banquet events within the headquarters of a leading global financial institution.
This role is ideal for candidates with backgrounds in fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, catering operations, private clubs, country clubs, executive dining rooms, and banquet environments who are looking for consistent hours in a professional corporate setting.

Position Overview
As an Executive Dining Server, you will provide polished, white-glove hospitality service to executives, corporate clients, and distinguished guests.
This is a hands-on service position that requires flexibility and attention to detail. Successful candidates will be comfortable supporting all aspects of food service operations, including room setup, buffet presentation, plated meal service, bussing, room resets, and event support.
Candidates must be willing to assist wherever operational support is needed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service in executive dining and event environments
Execute formal plated breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
Set up and maintain buffet stations, beverage stations, and hospitality areas
Replenish buffet offerings throughout service
Bus, clear, and reset tables efficiently
Perform room flips and resets between meetings and events
Run food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
Polish silverware, glassware, and service equipment to presentation standards
Set tables according to established service standards
Maintain dining rooms, conference rooms, and hospitality spaces
Assist with banquet setup and breakdown
Support reception-style and buffet-style events
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards
Work collaboratively with culinary and hospitality teams

Qualifications
Required
Minimum 3–5 years of fine dining, luxury hospitality, catering, banquet, executive dining, or upscale restaurant experience
Experience with plated service
Experience supporting banquet and buffet service
Strong understanding of professional dining room service standards
Experience bussing and resetting dining areas
Ability to polish silverware, glassware, and service pieces to presentation standards
Strong communication and guest service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to carry trays weighing up to 40 pounds
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Strong work ethic and team-first mentality

Schedule Requirements
Candidates must have:
Open availability Monday through Thursday
Flexibility for occasional Friday shifts
Ability to work opening and closing shifts
Willingness to work across multiple hospitality departments as needed
Uniform Requirements
Team members must provide:
Navy or dark blue dress slacks
Black professional leather dress shoes
Appropriate undershirt
Uniform shirts, aprons, and evening jackets (when required) are provided onsite and must be returned following each shift for laundering.
Additional Requirements
Selected candidates must successfully complete all required onboarding, background screening, security clearance, and badging requirements before beginning work.
