Ok, those swirly, floppy, flowery, fancy schmancy, doodad around the frame that you see on the wall and in the closeups.
On the frame that's on the wall the "scrolls" were originally highlighted with super high gloss paint that made it look like it was glowing.
Paint this one really purty.
I am 4 blocks from the 145th St. Broadway #1 local train station.
I am on the 5th floor of a walk-up but there are only 4 flights.
BE ABLE TO CLIMB THEM!
