I am looking for someone to rent for the third bedroom in a three-bedroom, one living room apartment on Washington Heights W156 street (between Broadway and Amsterdam), $850 per month including internet and utility. Month to month. A lovely neighborhood close to the riverside park, a few nice coffee shops and restaurants, and 1 and C subway(1 minute walking). With Planet fitness, food town, C town just a few blocks away. Laundry in the building’s basement. I am a violinist and will be practising at home sometimes. No couples, no pets.
