We are seeking an organized, dependable, and motivated Assistant Construction Project Manager to support our residential and commercial projects.

This is a junior-level opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a Construction Project Manager. Some construction knowledge or related experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Bring initiative, strong follow-through, and a willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help coordinate project schedules, subcontractors, and daily activities.
• Follow up on material orders, deliveries, and outstanding tasks.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and the project team.
• Organize drawings, site photos, meeting notes, and project records.
• Help track requests for information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.
• Assist with estimates, proposals, invoices, and project cost tracking.
• Visit job sites, document progress, and flag issues that need attention.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Organized and detail-oriented: You keep track of tasks and close the loop.
• Dependable and proactive: You ask questions and follow through.
• Comfortable communicating professionally by phone, email, and in person.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Able to prioritize and help coordinate several projects at once.
• Comfortable working in both an office and active construction sites.
• Interested in learning construction drawings, scheduling, and project management.

Construction, trade, estimating, or project coordination experience is a plus. Candidates with relevant coursework or internships are also encouraged to apply. Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction software is helpful.
