Best Personnel Inc. is currently accepting applications for experienced Skilled Construction Workers to join our workforce for upcoming client assignments.
We are an employment agency that provides workers to a variety of construction and work sites across the Lower Mainland. Assignments may vary by location, duration, schedule, client needs, and worker availability. Some opportunities may offer full-time hours depending on the assignment.
WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES
- Performing skilled construction work on active job sites
- Assisting with caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing tasks
- Supporting material handling and hoist coordination on site
- Completing concrete finishing, tile setting, flooring, cabinetry, and framing tasks
- Reading and following blueprints, drawings, and site instructions
- Supporting other trades and assisting with general site duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience on active construction sites
- Experience with skilled construction tasks such as caulking, concrete finishing, tile, flooring, cabinetry, or framing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working at heights and in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and professional
- Reliable transportation
REQUIRED GEAR
- Hard hat
- Steel-toed work boots
- Reflective safety vest
PAY INFORMATION
- Paid by cheque or e-transfer
- Daily or weekly pay may be available depending on the assignment
