Really spacious, clean,airy and bright. 4th floor.
Available Nov 1st or you can come few days before.
Utilities are extra but they come out to be really cheap $20-50 a month or so
Laundry in-unit included. We have a patio too.
Parking is extra $50 but you can always find street parking. It’s a safe neighborhood. Moody park is a 12 minute walk. Close to new west skytrain (4 stops away) .
I furnished the place you will get it all cleaned and can decide your decor to your own taste.

It’s a no pet building.
Fireplace warms up the place so we don’t need to turn on the heating ever. Saves money on that.
