Hello! We are looking for a two-bedroom apartment or house for a long-term rental in the Lower Cape area. We would love to stay close to our work and are interested in Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Brewster, Harwich, or Dennis.
Our target budget is around $2400 per month.
We are quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible tenants with excellent references. We carry renters insurance and are looking for a place to call home long-term. We take pride in caring for our home and being considerate of our neighbors.
A yard or private entrance would be a wonderful bonus, but neither is a requirement, and we will gladly consider apartments.
