About Us: Ardor Construction is a busy, growing basement waterproofing and weatherization company serving the Hudson Valley. We are looking for hardworking, reliable laborers to join our crew immediately. We offer steady, year-round work and paid on-the-job training.
What You'll Do: Assist lead installers with waterproofing systems and weatherization projects. Perform heavy physical labor, including digging trenches, carrying gravel, and mixing concrete. Install vapor barriers, drainage systems, and insulation in basements and crawlspaces. Maintain a clean and safe job site, loading and unloading work trucks daily.
What We’re Looking For: Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs) and comfortable working in tight spaces or crawlspaces. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our shop in New Paltz. A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and excellent punctuality. Prior construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but we will train the right person!
Compensation: $25+ per hour (based on experience).
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 to 4.
