I just registered my business, painting, I work most days all days and then I’m usually on my computer handling all the business stuff till I go to sleep and wake up repeat. I have a 740 credit score, I’m self aware. And super clean. I have always lived better with women but open minded I play acoustic guitar but lately I barely been touching it. But I can at least like , play it. lol …. I’m protective when needed to be, and I have no mental health or addiction issues, other than nighttime before bed weed in a vape, not a bunch of smell or nothing and I mind my own business and pretty much get along with everyone. I have the money now as well. All I ask is some sort of documentation , a lock on my door, and proof I paid rent every month 😉

Scammers I’m not the one. I will verify immediately you are a solid lead. And if you don’t have a local number expect me to assume scam until proof shown you’re real. I will not pay a deposit for a room. I have references. And am an absolute clean freak. I don’t even wear shoes on carpet kinda clean freak. And dirty dishes in the sink is trashy;)
