Lancaster County, PA | Flexible Scheduling | Experienced Applicants Preferred
We are a growing residential and commercial property improvement contractor seeking a dependable, skilled Basic Technician to assist with painting, restoration, and general property maintenance projects throughout Lancaster County and surrounding areas.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience who can work independently, maintain professional quality standards, and take pride in completing projects efficiently.
We offer flexible scheduling based on project workload. This is not a full-time position, and weekly hours are not guaranteed.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $20.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities
- Interior wall and ceiling painting
- Brush and roll paint application
- Trim, door, and casing painting
- Surface preparation, sanding, masking, and caulking
- Exterior painting and staining
- Deck cleaning and staining
- Pressure washing and exterior surface preparation
- Jobsite setup, protection, and cleanup
- Light property maintenance and approved handyman tasks
- Proper maintenance and organization of tools and equipment
- Professional communication with customers and team members
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Previous hands-on experience with painting, construction, maintenance, or related trades
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and performing physically demanding work
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
- Professional appearance and communication
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Experience
- Residential or commercial repainting
- Professional brush and roller techniques
- Interior trim and door finishing
- Exterior surface preparation
- Pressure washing and deck maintenance
- Handyman or general property maintenance
- Experience working in occupied residential properties
