We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable short order cook to join our kitchen team. This position focuses on preparing and cooking items from our Brunch menu, ensuring each dish meets our high standards for quality and presentation.
Job Details
We are looking for a week end cook who is skilled, dependable Breakfast Cook with 3–5 years minimum professional kitchen experience. This role is specifically for someone who knows breakfast inside and out — not just general cooking.
If you are a true breakfast cook who takes pride in speed, precision, and great food — we want to meet you.
You must be confident in:
Cooking eggs every way (poached, omelets, over-easy, scrambled, etc.)
Making hollandaise and classic breakfast sauces
Working a fast-paced breakfast line with consistency and speed
Maintaining a clean and organized station
Handling prep, knife work, and quality control
What we need:
Minimum 3–5 years in the industry (breakfast-focused strongly preferred)
Solid breakfast knowledge — if you can’t run a breakfast line, this isn’t the right fit
Reliability and professionalism — mornings are your thing
A team player with pride in their craft
Schedule: Day shift. Wednesday - Sunday. Weekends and Holidays required.
