EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION WORKER – IMMEDIATE HIRE
New Haven, CT | Starting at $25+/Hour Based on Experience
New Haven-based construction company is seeking a skilled and dependable construction professional for immediate hire. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and can confidently work both independently and as part of a crew.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Window & door installation, repair, and restoration
- Window troubleshooting, adjustments, sealing & waterproofing
- Carpentry, roofing, and general construction experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Accurate measuring, layout, and use of hand/power tools
- OSHA certification
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, punctual, organized, and professional
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Willingness to travel out of state for certain projects is a plus, but not required
Pay: Starting at $25/hour, with higher compensation based on experience and skill level.
