Bella’s Cafe is looking for experienced, energetic, and dependable team members to join our brunch restaurant!
We are looking for multi-position restaurant professionals who are comfortable working as Bussers, Food Runners, and Hosts. Experience in multiple front-of-house positions is a MUST.
What We’re Looking For
• Previous restaurant experience required
• Experience as a host, busser, and/or food runner
• Ability to confidently move between positions as needed
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Fast-paced, energetic, and able to stay calm during busy brunch service
• Friendly, welcoming personality and excellent customer service skills
• Able to communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
The Position
This is a multi-positional role. You may be hosting guests, seating tables, running food, clearing and resetting tables, assisting servers, and helping wherever the team needs you.
No one-position-only mentality — flexibility is essential.
