This is the complete X3 Bar system from Jaquish Biomedical. It includes the bar, ground plate, the 4 original X3 bands, box, instruction card, plus many additional bands from Serious Steel. I bought a whole set of 37" and 31" Serious Steel bands to go along with the original X3 bands because I wanted to use different lengths for different exercises. All bands are in excellent condition. The bar and ground plate are basically in new condition. The system plus all of the extra bands totals almost $800 all together. Trust me, you will want to use the shorter bands for most of the exercises as I find the original X3 bands are too long for everything but overhead presses.
