You:
- Can learn to insulate pipe, duct, or equipment without making it look like modern art
- Show up ready and willing to work and not disappear after lunch
- Be okay with heights, heat, cold, and the occasional "how is this fitting supposed to go on?" moment.
- Have a decent attitude and won't ghost us after we train you.
Three-day weekends, Transportation, tools, and hotel covered. The pipe isn't going to insulate itself.
