Tar River "model 072" 3 pt hitch six foot grain drill, ground driven, in excellent condition. Perfect for any food plot for wildlife farming and seeding narrow trails leading to your "honey hole" huntings spots. It's 76" total width makes it easy to transport from field to field or farm to farm, even on a trailer. It has two seed bins for both large seed (soybean, corn, winter peas, sunflower, cereal grains, etc.) and small seed (milo, sorghum, food plot screen, brassica, sugar beets, etc) planting 10 rows with 7" spacing. Drilling seed vs "throw and grow" is like night and day difference when it comes to germination rates, not to mention the extra guesswork involved with broadcast seeding. It weighs about 1200 lb, so it can be lifted with most 35 hp and up tractors. Just in time for August fall planting for deer, turkey, wild birds in August. Always kept in machine shed and cleaned after planting. It has stainless steel bins and bolts. Fertilizer can also be drilled with the plantings if desired.
