General Manager –
We are seeking a one-of-a-kind General Manager to lead our team in New Canaan. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-standard environment and leads by example.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong experience with Toast POS
Excellent people skills with a natural ability to lead, motivate, and inspire
Background in high-end, polished hospitality environments
Energetic, hands-on, and willing to work late nights when needed
Solid understanding of P&L, cost control for FOH & BOH
Basic wine knowledge
Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining composure and standards
Proven track record of training and developing staff
Highly articulate, professional, and guest-focused
Must provide at least one reference and have a clean background
What You’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day operations and set the tone for service and culture
Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional hospitality
Ensure strong financial performance and operational efficiency
Maintain high standards across service, cleanliness, and guest experience
