so I am looking for somebody that can assist me with some legal paperwork. most likely a college student studying law at least 3rd year would be required for this position. I need some temporary help mostly with drafting motions some complaints maybe discovery. I am currently litigating cases on many levels of the legal system ( Superior law division, NJ appellate and 3rd circuit fed as well as some administrative issues) so even though I am not an attorney this would also be an opportunity I believe to learn and see some real world experience as I am exceptionally good at what I do. Not trying to be arrogant it's just a fact.
I'm a pro se litigant and probably 98% of pro se litigants don't have a clue I am the 2%. I know procedure I know law what I don't know is how to duplicate myself to get all the work done that I need to get done lol
Hours and days would be extremely flexible.
Anyone who is interested please get back to me with any questions, salary desired and experience.
Someone with knowledge of civil procedure and law is preferred over someone pursuing a career in criminal law for obvious reasons.
Also please don't forget:
your name and your email. CL relays messages only for a finite time.
Once I receive replies I will get back to people who fit my needs the best
