Hello! I'm looking for a small, affordable space to host an established local gaming event/community that has been running successfully for almost 3 years.
We currently hold a weekly Monday evening event with approximately 20–30 regular adult participants. It's a relaxed, social environment where people get together to play games, hang out, and participate in tournaments. I'm looking to move the event out of my temporary location and into a small dedicated space where our gaming equipment can remain set up permanently.
What I'm looking for:
Approximately 500–1,000 sq ft (smaller or larger considered)
Ideally $600/month or less
Providence, East Providence, Pawtucket, or Seekonk preferred
Nearby areas also considered
Commercial, flex, studio, garage, workshop, creative space, or similar
Adequate electrical outlets/power for multiple gaming setups
Bathroom preferred
Parking strongly preferred
Secure space where equipment can remain onsite
Evening access, particularly Mondays
Open to creative or shared-use arrangements
The event would primarily take place 1–2 evenings per week, with occasional larger events.
We're a group of responsible adults and are looking for a clean, comfortable, low-key space. This is not a bar, nightclub, or party venue, and we're not looking for a high-traffic storefront. The atmosphere is more like a dedicated game room/community hangout. We take care of the space, respect the property, and would have the equipment stored securely onsite between events. I'm happy to provide additional information about the event, attendance, and how the space would be used.
