I still have the batteries if you need to show for replacements. It needs 3 1.5V button-cell batteries. It has the replacement battery types on box for reference. Never been displayed has always been stored but have opened the box. Plays Santa Claus Is Coming To Town by Lonestar when batteries are fresh. As is asking $30.
