-Install slab doors
-Electrical professional needed to make small changes and pull permit
-Plumbing professional needed to make small supply/drain changes for new bath and laundry room
-Drywall repairs, finish and paint.
Berkely Project
-Run new gas line for stove
-Install plumbing for sink and waterline for Refrigerator
-Install cabinet fillers, end panel and double stack crown molding
Rochester Project
- Build and install door frames for existing slabs
- Demo tile floor approximately 900 sf (jack hammer and cart are onsite) will need hand tools
- Existing drywall patch/Paint
-Install new base trim/door casing
Clinton Twp. Project
- Install backerboard
- waterproof
-Install tile tub surround
-Modify vanity and install
