Used good condition.Pain relieving pillow to support LEFT arm before and after surgery. Sized for someone 5'0" to 5'11".Doesn't support from the neck like a sling but from the waist.Holds arms steady and close to the torso.Does not replace a sling.For sedentary activities only.I don't have the extension for the belt.For more than 40-45" waist you would need to get a length of double wide Velcro.One small worn-through spot in the fabric at the top of the pillow.Excellent website demonstrates how to use it. Replacement cover can be purchased there too.
