This 1973 Chevrolet K20 Custom Deluxe 4×4 pickup was purchased new by the current owner’s father, and it was gifted to them later on. The owner kept the truck until 2004, and it was purchased by the previous owner in Texas, who used the truck to complete work around their farm. A friend of the current owner found the truck, and they reached out to re-purchase the truck in 2023. It then underwent a cosmetic refresh that included body panel repairs, a repaint in Lime Green Metallic, and a re-trim of the interior in Saddle vinyl. A 2″ suspension lift and quad front and rear shocks were installed, and further details include a front receiver hitch, manually locking front hubs, 16″ alloy wheels, an aftermarket sunroof, a sliding rear window, aftermarket instrumentation, and air conditioning. Power is provided by a 350ci V8 linked with a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case. This K20 is now offered with the owner’s manual and a clean Texas title in the seller’s name
The truck left the factory finished in Lime Green Metallic, and bodywork was performed before it was refinished in 2024. It has a Fleetside bed as well as an aftermarket sunroof, a bed liner, stainless steel mirrors, side steps, a front receiver hitch, a sliding rear window, Scottsdale badging, and chrome bumpers. The front right fender was damaged and subsequently repaired following an accident in 1997
The 16″ alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich All-Terrain KO2 tires. The suspension has been lifted by 2″ and features a front and rear quad shock setup. Braking is provided by power-assisted front discs and rear drums, and the truck is also equipped with manually locking front hubs.
The bench seat has been refreshed with a replacement Saddle vinyl cover and is joined by a coordinating dash pad and door panels. Additional cabin details include a tilting steering column, air conditioning, a locking glovebox, and lap belts. The stereo has been removed.
Replacement instrumentation includes a 160-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and gauges measuring coolant temperature, fuel level, oil pressure, and voltage. An auxiliary gauge pod has been added to the underside of the dashboard. The digital odometer has not been set up, and total mileage is unknown.
The 350ci V8 was factory rated at 155 horsepower and 255 lb-ft of torque.
Power is routed through a four-speed manual transmission and a dual-range transfer case.
