Gold Standard Bathrooms is looking for an experienced, highly organized, take-charge individual to help manage our busy, fast-paced office!

We’re looking for someone who can do MORE than basic administrative work. We need a motivated problem-solver who can multitask, take initiative, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities Include:
✅ Managing daily office operations
✅ Answering calls, emails & customer inquiries
✅ Scheduling appointments, projects & installations
✅ Coordinating with customers, installers & vendors
✅ Managing contracts, permits & project paperwork
✅ Handling invoices, payments & basic bookkeeping
✅ Tracking projects from start to completion
✅ Ordering materials & coordinating deliveries
✅ Managing CRM systems & customer records
✅ Supporting payroll & employee scheduling
✅ Resolving issues and keeping operations organized

Qualifications:
⭐ Previous busy-office experience required
⭐ Construction/remodeling experience preferred
⭐ Strong multitasking & organizational skills
⭐ Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
⭐ QuickBooks & Payzer experience a PLUS!
⭐ Must be dependable, proactive & able to work independently
