I have a serious problem. I have a HUGE oak tree in my backyard which has been dropping branches all over, including on the house. I've been worried about going into the backyard, myself, so it's gotten terribly overgrown. I need that tree removed. The problem is that I'm low income and can't afford to hire a tree service to do the job. Does anyone know of any programs in the area that I may be able to get assistance from?
