About 10 days ago, my close acquaintance who also Landlord Passed away.
This was a devastating blow because besides renting from this person, this person was also my close acquaintance In the blink of an eye, this is all gone
Well, I certainly have talked to the next of kin, And they are not pressuring me too much, ultimately I know that I cannot stay where I am indefinitely.
If anybody is reading this from the Princes Bay, Charleston, Annadale, Huguenot areas I would really appreciate your help.
I’m a single individual that doesn’t drink or smoke and want to continue to reside on this part of the island for personal reasons. I will be open to a private room or small apartment situation.
