Looking for an old shed or unused area to set up a workshop in to pursue metalworking hobby. Preferably away from anyone who would be agitated by loud noises. Owner would have full permission to check in anytime, and ask about projects. No electricity needed. Willing to be flexible with when I can access the area if certain days or times would cause disturbance.
