Hello there. I am Looking to rent a studio or private room with private bathroom in a house. I am a single male with 10 years at my current job, have references from my current landlord and pay on time.
I have no pets, I don’t drink or smoke. I’m quite peaceful and keep to myself mostly.
I would like to remaining in the Tottenville neighborhood but am open to Huguenot or princes bay or Arden heights or annadale. I’m not interested in any mid island or north shore areas. Currently I pay $1,100 per more with utilities included. I can go a little higher but with all utilities included also.
I would like to move as soon as possible but can wait up to 90 days to formally take possession.
